Individual psychotherapy is a therapy process conducted one-on-one by a therapist with their client. Individual therapy can be applied to different age groups. At Navia Psychology, we offer individual therapy services to adolescents and adults. The aim of this process is to enable the individual to gain awareness and analyze the problems they experience better. It is aimed to help the individual look at their past and current experiences more closely and holistically. In this way, the individual gains a better understanding of their story and has the opportunity to organize their life in a more meaningful, vibrant and appropriate way.
