She works psychotherapeutically with young adults and adults, drawing upon psychoanalytic, existential, and body-oriented approaches. She has completed the Core Existential Analysis Training at the Existential Academy and has received further education in Personality Theories, Personality Disorders, and Dynamic Psychotherapy.

She completed her clinical internship at the French Lape Hospital. Aleyna has also volunteered in multiple humanitarian and social responsibility projects under the World Human Relief Association.

Following her training and supervision in Experiential Play Therapy, she worked with children for a period, though she has since chosen to pause her clinical work in that area.
